„Genezis Trade Group” S.R.O. accepts and delivers orders within 1-2 working days in Romania with SameDay. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and sent the next working day.

*Orders over 199 lei qualify for free delivery.

„Genezis Trade Group” S.R.O. is not obligated to deliver products that are out of stock.

Delivery prices are in accordance with the rates of shipping companies.

All our customers have the exclusive right to return/exchange products within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods.

You will receive a printed form in your package detailing the return/exchange procedure.

Please note that we accept returns only for products that meet the following requirements:

• The product has not been worn or washed
• The product is not damaged and has no defects
• The product is returned in the original packaging, along with all tags, in the condition it was received
• We do NOT accept returns/exchanges for intimate apparel
